Step 1. Choose Your Style
You can choose from a variety of sizes, colors, and styles for your frame, resin, or jewelry order to create a keepsake that feels uniquely yours. Use our product customization tool to personalize your design, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions or would like to discuss a custom order.

Step 2. Prepare your flowers
What you’ll need:
Printed client information sheet (emailed after order)
A cardboard box large enough to comfortably fit your blooms
Packing paper or packing peanuts (please avoid bubble wrap or other plastic materials, as they may damage the flowers)
Paper towel
Rubber band
Plastic bag
How to prepare your blooms for shipping:
Trim any stems so they fit inside the box without bending or forcing the arrangement. Remove any sentimental items such as pendants or ribbons, as we’re unable to return them due to our custom-fit frame packaging. Gently wrap a damp paper towel around the stems only (not the blooms). Then place the stems and towel inside a plastic bag and secure it with a rubber band. -

Step 3. Package Your Flowers
Boxing your blooms:
Fill the box about halfway with packing paper or packing peanuts—enough to prevent the flowers from shifting, but not so much that the blooms could become crushed.
Carefully place the blooms with their wrapped stems into the cardboard box.
Add additional packing paper or peanuts as needed to fully secure the flowers in place.
Place the customer information sheet inside a sealed ziplock bag to keep it dry during transit.
It’s also a good idea to take a photo of your flowers before shipping for your records.
If your box doesn’t already have “Fragile” and “This Side Up” markings, consider adding them with a permanent marker to help encourage careful handling during shipping.

Step 4. Send Us Your Flowers
Send your box via UPS or FedEx to our studio. We recommend selecting overnight or 1–2 day shipping to help ensure your blooms arrive in the best possible condition.
If your event is located in the St. George area and you prefer to hand-deliver your blooms or arrange in-person pickup, please indicate this on your checkout form so we can coordinate a convenient drop-off time with you.
Please keep in mind that flowers are best preserved within 5 days of your event. While we always handle each order with care, we cannot guarantee bloom condition depending on shipping timing. We strongly encourage sending your flowers as soon as possible. If your blooms arrive damaged, we’re happy to review replacement options with you.

Step 5. We preserve your flowers and send them back to you
Our turnaround times typically range from 7–12 weeks after we receive your blooms. Depending on the size and thickness of the flowers, the preservation process for individual blooms can take up to 5 weeks to complete.
Note: Flowers naturally shift in shade during preservation. Over time, many colored blooms will soften into more muted or faded tones. As part of our process, we may also use pastel enhancements and natural color techniques to help maintain a vibrant, beautiful finished result that honors the original blooms.

Pricing: Our services range from $100–$900 depending on size and design. Jewelry is the most affordable, while resin designs are the most intricate due to the delicate drying and setting process.
